WORDS FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Hoga Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1976 and has been specialized in the production and sale of engine valves, valve guides and valve seats.
We persist the 4 concepts of "honest and reliable business", "aggressive improvement", "quality supreme" and "customer satisfaction" in management and are heading for the target of "forever lasting management". In conformation with our quality policy, we got smoothly the most strict domestic ISO-9002 certificate from the Bureau of Merchandise Inspection on June 24, 1996. We realized that the certification is just the beginning of our forever lasting management and introduced TPM (Total Production Management) project in May, 1999 to execute our policy of "QC by all staffs" and to upgrade our management property and QC sense.
We have been cooperating with the scholastic and R&D organizations of Aeronautical Systems Research Division at Chung Shan Institute of Science & Technology in developing engine related components from February, 1997. We have got excellent achievements from the R&D of materials, heat treatment and the processing of machining.

The raw material of our engine value, SUH 3 and SUH 35, SUH 36(21~4N),
imports directly from the Japanese Northeast Factory and each batch attached the material testing report. Above all is the standard of the designation for each O.E.M. locomotive and automotive factory around the world. Our engine value also has the characteristics that wear-resisting, anticorrosion, the organization is stable under the high temperature, heat-resisting and so on.

The material of our valve guide is FC-25 and the degree of hardness reaches HRB92~102.
The aperture of valve guide uses the West German newest technology, non-filings processing, that's high evenness, hard skin, can reduce attrition of the engine value under highly activity , but the rub proofness of the valve guide compares the traditional processing way to strengthen above one time.

The valve seat uses a CNC machine-processing way body formation, guarantees the strict request, precision and high quality. The high-level quality, the precise size, meets requirements of each well-known components specialized manufacturer around the world , the size and each process also can be customization.
In the future, Hoga Industry Co., Ltd. will offer customers further services under the above stated concept of management and quality policy.

May, 2007	In order to promot the large-scale throttle value quality: induct West German supersonic wave crack detection machine.
August, 2007	In order to guarantee that the welding density, and promote the great size specification fusion to induct: TIP flowing tubing head pressure spot welder
August, 2007	To promote and guarantees the examination precision: induct multi-purpose precision projecting camera.

December, 2007	Completed and developed the ship value with special raw material - nickel base alloy (NCF751) (characteristic: Wear-resisting, bears the acid and alkali, anti-corrosive, thermostable)
